BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Take the product out of the freezer, spread it with 50ml olive oil and put it on the metal plate. Thawing for 120’ and proofing at 350C with 65% humidity for 90΄. Pre heat the oven at 2400C and bake at 2400C for 11΄approx. (It is recommended to bake in oven with plates)
